At Monkey Works Cycle, Inc. we strive to make your purchasing experience as easy and efficient as possible. The following terms and conditions below explain how we process our orders and how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:
All shipments paid for by a credit/debit card over the phone/website will be sent to the billing address only.

 

PayPal payments will only be shipped to verified PayPal addresses. Dependent on product availability,

 

Monkey Works Cycle, Inc. will make a good faith effort to complete delivery of the products as indicated by the terms as follows: in stock items are shipped within 48 hours, out of stock items are shipped within 48 hours of receipt by Monkey Works Cycle, Inc.

 

Monkey Works Cycle, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability and will accept no back charge for loss or damage due to delay or inability to deliver, whether or not such loss or damage was made known to Monkey Works Cycle, Inc., including, but not limited to, liability for Monkey Works Cycle's non-performance caused by acts of God, war, labor difficulties, accidents, delays of carriers, contractors or suppliers or any other causes of any kind whatever beyond the control of Monkey Works Cycle, Inc. Under no circumstances shall Monkey Works Cycle, Inc. be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, indirect, or liquidated damages, losses, or expense (whether or not based on negligence) arising directly or indirectly from delays or failure to give notice of delay.

 

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of all items in your order. The shipping cost charged at the time of purchase represents an estimate using UPS ground, FedEx Ground, or US Priority Mail. Requests for expedited shipping services will be billed separately based on published rates plus a small shipping and handling fee, i.e. UPS or FedEx overnight shipping. Any and all shipping charges, including expedited, are non-refundable.

 

BACKORDERS:
You will be notified as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours) after placing your order whether any parts you have ordered are backordered with our distributors. If any of your purchased items are backordered, we will give you the opportunity to cancel that item with no penalty. Accounts will not be charged for products on backorder until products are available to Monkey Works cycle from the distributor.

 

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY:
We will be glad to accommodate exchanges if something you purchased doesn’t fit quite right.  In order to exchange or return an item, you must contact us within 7 days upon receipt of your order.  You may either call us or e-mail us at returns@monkeyworkscycle,com. All exchanges and returns are subject to approval and RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT OUR PRIOR APPROVAL!  We will provide you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) which must be noted on the label on the returned merchandise.  Returns that do not include RMA number will be refused.  Note that a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
 
Exchange and return policies apply to all products we carry except all “group buy” purchases, closeout sales, custom made apparel, and any other products expressly stated as having no returns or exchanges.

Shipping costs are not refundable except for defective items or items sent in error. Defective items will be exchanged for the same items. Defective returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING OR INVOICES UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING, OR DAMAGED PACKAGING MAY BE REFUSED OR RETURNED AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE RETURN POSTAGE COST.

 

All returns are subject to the following:

Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. Returns should be shipped insured, as Monkey Works Cycle assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Save your tracking numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return is lost in transit to us. Your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid.

All products must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging.

 

SALES TAX:
Monkey Works Cycle only charges sales tax on shipments to Florida. You, the customer, are responsible for any and all unpaid sales taxes.
